Security

Controls that live next to your data

A plain description of how ReEnterprise360 protects your company's information today. We do not claim third-party certifications.

Company separation

Every record belongs to one company. The database itself refuses to show one company's data to another, and automated checks test this.

Role permissions

People see and change only what their role allows. Screens, menus and the search palette hide what a role cannot open.

No self-approval

Journals, payroll, payments, releases and AI limit changes need a second person. The person who prepares cannot approve.

Audit trail

Important changes are recorded with who, when and what. Posted accounting entries cannot be edited — only reversed.

Sensitive fields hidden

Supplier bank account numbers are hidden from app users; screens show only the last four digits.

AI you control

AI is off unless your company switches it on, with daily and monthly limits. Every use is logged; loosening limits needs a second admin.

Sign-in and access

Accounts use verified email sign-in with password reset. Staff who leave lose access from their exit date automatically.

Encrypted connections

All traffic to the app is sent over HTTPS. Uploaded documents in Evidence Studio are read in your browser and not stored.

Not connected yet

No bank, payment gateway or deployment pipeline is connected. Steps such as "record paid" or "record deployed" store the reference you type; they do not move money or code.

Report a security concern
